Päivänpirtti Housing consists of two parts that are situated on the hillside of the lot. The terraces and balconies open towards south and west. The main storey of the lower part contains the living room, the library and kitchen and dining areas. The garage and storage rooms are located below them as well as a guest room with its own entrance and bathroom. In the first floor of the adjoining part and partly in the above-ground basement of the upper part there is a study. Bedrooms are in the second floor. The positioning of the house affects also its interior in the form of varying floor heights.
